Food and Wine Editor Narsai David sampled some
delicious Indian condiments from an Indian restaurant called
Indian Food Cafe in San Mateo. Itís the Dil Khush Brand.
Review: Dil Khush Indian Food Condiments
There are some intriguing items like the orange mango chutney.
This is the type of ingredient list I like to see. Itís made with
mango, sugar, orange, vinegar, spices, and salt. Pretty much the
same ingredients youíd use if you made it at
home. I used this as a dip for some raw veggies.
